Pathostop is a peroxy-acetic acid combination for use as a sanitizer and for pathogen control in abattoirs and hatcheries.
Strong oxidizing agent for the control and prevention of pathogenic bacteria, viruses and fungi on foods and food surfaces in abattoirs and hatcheries. To reduce and eliminate contamination of fresh meat, reduce bacteria, prevent mould and yeast growth and increase shelf life.
Application: Mix 1 L in 200 Lof water. Dip or spray product with mixture for at least 30 seconds before chilling.
