Mode of action Vitamin D3 supplemented together with calcium promotes the absorption and utilisation of calcium. The product is rapidly absorbed, and improvement is seen within 48 hours. Formulated to supply 9% of calcium and >100% vitamin D3 daily requirements in layer hens.
